Road Access to Karaka Lakes nearing completion
Ngakoro Road Extension – Vehicle Only acccess expected October 2023.
Fletcher Living advise that the Ngakoro Road extension is nearing completion with vehicle access (only) expected to be available from early October 2023.
While the road will be physically complete, Fletcher Living are still working to deliver construction works on either side of the road and are yet to vest the road with Council (i.e. it is not yet a public road).
During this time, you will be able to use the road at your own risk. 20km/hr speed limits must be obeyed. Pedestrian access is currently not permitted.
The new Ngakoro Road extension will be a very welcome travel option for all Park Green residents.
