Join the brand new and exciting retail development at the picturesque Park Green, Hingaia – available from late 2024.
We are thrilled to announce that construction is now underway for the new Retail Development at Park Green. The contract for the construction was awarded to Kalmar Construction with over-arching stewardship and quality oversight by the Hugh Green Group. The project kicked off in December 2023 and is projected to reach completion by the fourth quarter of 2024.
Nestled in the heart of the Hingaia community, adjacent to the new Mangapikopiko School on Park Estate Road, the Park Green Neighbourhood Centre is a significant addition to the evolving landscape. Expected to cater to a population exceeding 13,000 in the future, this dynamic centre is poised to become a central hub for the community.
