Retail Centre Construction Progress Update

Join the brand new and exciting retail development at the picturesque Park Green, Hingaia – available from late 2024.

Construction is progressing well at the Neighbourhood Centre (NC). Here’s the latest progress report:

• NC Cafe: The steel framing is complete (pictured on right) with timber framing currently underway, shaping the Cafe’s unique community vibe.
• Retail Shops: Concrete slabs have been poured for the retail spaces and work on the steel framing is progressing smoothy (pictured on right), setting the stage for vibrant retail experiences.
• ECE (Early Childhood Education Centre): Excavations are complete, and reinforcing work is ongoing, laying the foundation for a nurturing learning environment. is now well underway, with significant milestones achieved since commencement in December 2023.
