At the Hugh Green Group, we are excited to share some New Year updates as we continue to grow our Park Green community.
With our sights firmly set on the future, we are delighted to announce several exciting milestones that will offer even more opportunities for current and future homebuyers at Park Green.
Park Green Village
With the “bricks and mortar” now complete we are getting ready to welcome our first businesses to the Village.
BestStart Park Green is a brand-new early learning centre, which will provide quality education and care for children aged between 3 months to 6 years old. This is a purpose-built centre where learning meets play, and every day is an adventure.
The BestStart team can’t wait to meet you and your whānau so contact BestStart today to learn more and secure your child’s place!
Other fully committed businesses with planned openings in the first half of 2025 include a modern, comfortable Cafe Eatery and General Store with a community market vibe. We are also well advanced with a highly regarded Hairdresser keen to make Park Green Village its new destination.
Exciting New Playground is Coming!
There will be more ways than ever for residents to enjoy Park Green with the new playground now underway at Catalina Avenue.
The playground will include new state-of-the-art play equipment for Tamariki including climbing nets, ninja logs, swings, mounds, mini ground trampolines, hamster wheel, a carousel/spinner, a preschool adventure mini tower/slide and soft fall surfaces.
The park will connect to a pram and wheelchair-friendly footpath which increases accessibility for young families and those with disabilities.
We look forward to progress in the coming weeks with completion anticipated in June 2025.
Please be mindful of all Health & Safety requirements with respect to signage, security fencing and traffic control during this time.
New Stage 3A
With the housing market stabilising and consumer confidence improving we have commenced civil works on our new stage 3A. The main stormwater and wastewater lines have already been installed, with utility services and carriageway construction now underway.
Stage 3A will also include an extension of the popular esplanade walkway and associated coastal landscaping.
Titles are expected to be available in September 2025.
