117 lots are nearing completion with only minor works remaining

Titles are expected August 2025

Hugh Green Group is excited to advise that our new Stage 3A (117 lots) is nearing completion with only minor concrete works, grassing and landscaping to finish over the coming weeks. New Titles are expected in August 2025.

Stage 3A coincides with the recently opened Best Start ECE, Park Green Café & Bar and new Playground (currently under construction). Council consent and fit-out works for a new Superette and Hair Salon are also underway.

Builder confidence in Park Green is gaining momentum with many new builds started in recent months.
