New Primary School at Park Green

The new school will be known as the Mangapikopiko School, signifying the connection of the land to the Mangapikopiko wetland ecosystem in the Wharekawa (traditional name for what is now known as Papakura) area.

With the completion of the first slab pour for the teaching and learning blocks, the Mangapikopiko School project at Park Green achieved a major milestone. Once completed, it is expected that the new school will be a great amenity to Park Green and its residents.
